House rules

  1. Only guests indicated in the booking may enter the apartment

  2. Please use energy rationally (air condition, water, electricity...)

  3. Inccorect behaves, loud music and parties are not allowed

  4. Quite time from midnight

  5. If the guest notices damaged items they shall notify host in order to fix as soon as possible

  6. For any damage caused by the guest, the guest has to cover the cost of damage

  7. In case of the loss of keys, the guest will contact the host immediately

  8. Before check-out, the guests are required to contact the host
